Setting boundaries with food is important of course.  You know what I mean, what foods are right to eat and what foods are wrong to eat.  Well I was just reminded about setting boundaries with people as well.  And this is very important when it comes to weight problems with emotional eaters.

Other people can set off a negative emotional response that could trigger an eating frenzie that can sabotage any weight loss plan or lifestyle change.  So it’s important to make sure to remember to set boundaries, and remember that it’s you who is in charge of your life, reponses, and emotions.
